New Graduate Mentorship Program

I am so excited to do this particular message. This program is very close to my heart. As most of you know, I teach both ADC as well as Griffith Uni dental students. As a result I have built close relationships with graduates of both these programs. One of the main areas both these cohorts of early career dentists continue to struggle with is the transition between finishing those final exams and actually working in clinical dentistry in the Australian setting. I have been mentoring my own new grads for over a year now and I have been so humbled by how much of a difference this has made to their experience.

Over the last 18 months, I have had so many more of you inquire about and request a formal, structured and comprehensive mentorship program. I have worked very hard at putting something together for you all. 

This mentorship program will comprise of:

  • 4 month online lecture
  • Video demo series 
  • Hands-On Workshop
  • Access to me on a private telegram group

Who Can Apply?

This program is open to:

  • Recent Graduates: Dentists who have graduated within the past 0-3 years from an Australian university.
  • ADC Graduates: Those who have completed the ADC exam within the past 0-3 years.
  • Final Year Dental Students: Stay a step ahead and hit the ground running immediately after graduation
